Q. How does your relationship coaching work?
A. My coaching program is designed to cater specifically to your individual needs and challenges. I offer personalized one-on-one sessions conducted over the phone, via Skype, or even through email if necessary. My goal is to assist you in navigating through your relationship difficulties, whether you are going through a divorce, coping with the loss of a spouse or partner, or facing challenges as a single woman.
* Coaching Sessions: During our coaching sessions, we will work together to identify key areas for improvement, such as addressing your emotional needs, aligning core values with your partner, setting relationship goals, improving communication skills, boosting self-confidence, enhancing emotional intimacy to understanding attachment styles, commitment or trust issues, and setting healthy boundaries. My coaching services are tailored to help you to overcome obstacles and achieve personal growth and general fulfilment in life and in your relationships.
Q. Will relationship coaching change my life?
A. I cannot guarantee your life will be totally transformed, and nor should any coach, as human beings are very complex with different experiences. Some people may have long-term deep seated emotional trauma from a divorce or being widowed, or a situation that has lasted for years, in these cases it can take longer to reach a place where you feel more at peace in life, however, I'm dedicated to do all I can to assist you to reach a happier place. Relationship coaching will help you understand so much more about yourself, your difficulties and how long standing thought patterns can prevent you from seeing alternative ways to responding to relationship or life's difficulties, and how slight changes over time can improve how you feel.
Q. Can I expect to feel more confident?
A. Yes, in most cases, again depending on your natural personality and/or how long you have carried a feeling of unrest, but hopefully as you move forward through support you will start to feel more confident to express your feelings and emotions. To be in more control of various aspects of your life. Being in any long-term relationship or relationships with with family and friends all experience ups and downs. I will help to set you on a path to discovering what you seek from your relationships, how to facillitate those objectives, setting healthy boundaries and recognizing any reg flags you may have ignored or dismissed previously which may have led to relationship difficulties.
Q. How many coaching sessions will I need?
A. It all depends on your difficulites and relationship issues as everyone responds differently. It can be as many or as few sessions you want, feel necessary, you are in control, there are no obligations beyond your first FREE introductory call. However, please remember if you have any long term issues, or stemming back years you might like to consider longer-term coaching and support will have a more positive affect opposed to just one or two sessions, still the decision is yours. You can book single sessions or block book sessions after your free call, it is up to you. No pressure is ever put on you to book more than you want or feel you need.
Q. How much does coaching cost after the FREE session?
A. Coaching by phone, Skype or email are all options. After the initial FREE discovery session, coaching starts at £50.00 for a single 45 minute coaching session. As all coaching is designed specifically around each client, a client can decide whether they wish to book sessions as and when they feel they want or need to, or a package can be tailored to your own requirements, I'm fairly flexible and this can be worked out together.
I also offer ASK JILL Email Advice: if you have a specific question or you would like some one-off guidance or perhaps you're not quite sure if you want or need to enter into regular coaching sessions. Email guidance/advice/consultations are £30.00 per email. All coaching sessions/email advice/guidance are paid for in adavance.
Q. Payment and cancellations?
A. Coaching/advice is paid for in advance of the booked session by Pay Pal or direct account transfer. Cancellations for a full refund must be made at least 48hours before the booked session is due. As I provide FREE initial consultations, cancellations have to be made within a certain time frame to enable me to schedule diary bookings. By cancelling at least 48 hours before a booked session I can offer that booking space to someone else. Cancellations under 48 hours are not refunded. Email consultations are also paid for in advance, these are not refunded.
